Mohamed Abouelhassan Ali

International researcher with more than 15 years of interdisciplinary experience in urban and regional planning, specializing in smart city policy, regional innovation systems, and knowledge-based urban development. Holds a PhD from the University of Pécs (Hungary) and serves as Assistant Professor at Cairo University. Research spans the MENA region, Europe, and the Global South, with a strong publication record in high-impact journals (Wiley, MDPI Q1, Emerald, Taylor & Francis).
