Mohamed H. Gadallah is the First Chairman of Operations Research Department, Institute of Statistical Studies & Research, Cairo University from 2009 - 2010.
Mohamed H. Gadallah assisted in initiating, teaching for second, third and fourth year in the faculty of Computers and Information Technology, Cairo University from 1999-2002.
Mohamed H. Gadallah is a Professor of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, Department of Mechanical Design and Production, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University from 2011-Current.
He received his PhD from McMaster University in Canada in 1995. He joined LCF Manufacturing (part of ABC Group of Canada) as Engineering Manager, 1995-1996.
He joined Indiana University – Purdue University, University of Illinois at Chicago and Mons University in 2002, 2004 and 2015 as a Visiting Scholar.
A well reputed Quality and Productivity Consultant in Automotive Industry in the USA, Canada, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Egypt since 1996,
He spent part of his career at Cairo University, the American University in Cairo, Qatar University, The American University of the Middle East and Prince Sultan University.
His research interests include approximation modelling and optimisation using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) & Response Surface Methodology (RSM), Quality Engineering and Design of Experiments. He is an Associate Editor to Transactions of Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering.
Professor Mohamed H. Gadallah holds ajunct faculty positions at Misr University for Science & Technology (MUST), Nile University (NU), Arab Academy for Science & Technology (AAST) and British University in Egypt (BUE).
Mohamed H. Gadallah currently supervises graduate students from Minya University,Port Said University and Cairo University. He already supervised more than 20 Master and Ph.D. Theses.
Mohamed H. Gadallah serves as External Examiner in Promotion Committee at the National and International Levels for Associate/ Full Professor since 2009.
Mohamed H. Gadallah serves as External Examiner for Capstone Design Courses (Graduation Projects) at German University in Cairo (GUC) and October University for Science and Technology.
Professor Gadallah currently reviews High Education Engineering programs for National (NARS System) and ABET International Accreditation Systems.
Professor Mohamed Gadallah is currently part of a national committee formed by Supreme Council of Universities to initiate, review, and modify new Engineering Programs in Egypt. Some examples include E-JUST, Alexandria, and Misr University for Science & Technology.
