Saleh earned her Ph.D. in Media Studies from Cairo University with highest honors and completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Westminster and Birmingham City University. Her research spans media ethics, digital media cultures, and the intersection of communication and societal change in the Arab world. She has published in leading peer-reviewed journals, presented at major international conferences, and secured grants from institutions such as UNESCO, the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, and the Arab Council for the Social Sciences.
Prof. Saleh has also led high-impact training programs in media production, strategic communication, and cultural diplomacy, working closely with public institutions, NGOs, and international partners. Fluent in Arabic and English, she combines academic rigor with practical insight to address the evolving challenges of the media landscape in the Middle East and beyond.
