Biography

Mohamed Hafez Ramadan, MD, holds the current positions of: Professor of Neurosurgery, Cairo University; Adjunct Professor of Neurosurgery, University of Pittsburgh Medical College (UPMC), Pittsburgh, USA. He was on the Committees of the World Federation of Neurosurgery (WFNS): Secretary of Spine Committee; Executive Committee of Neuroendoscopy; Executive Committee of Minimally Invasive Committee (2005-2011). Besides his post in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Hafez has been invited as an International Professor and has lectured in Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA; the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland OH; University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA; University of Iowa, IA; University of Illinois in Chicago (UIC), IL; University of Texas Tech, ElPaso, TX; and Albany Medical College, Albany, NY.
Professor Dr. Hafez Ramadan AKA Dino, is the author of three US patents pertaining to spinal instrumentation.
