Work Experience:

I. Research areas:

Gained experience in pharmaceutical analysis utilizing:

  • Spectrophotometric methods such as derivative, derivative ratio, ratio difference and mean centering spectrophotometry.
  • Chromatographic techniques such as: HPLC and TLC-densitometry.
  • Electrochemical techniques such as ion selective electrodes.

 

II. Teaching Experience:

Under-graduate Level:

  • Preparing teaching materials for practical part of analytical chemistry courses.
  • Lecturing qualitative analytical chemistry course and demonstrating practical experiments for 1st year pharmacy students.
  • Lecturing physical and general chemistry course and demonstrating practical experiments for 1st year pharmacy students.
  • Lecturing quantitative analytical chemistry course and demonstrating practical experiments for 1st & 2nd year pharmacy students.
  • Lecturing applied analytical chemistry and Instrumental Analysis course and demonstrating practical experiments for 2nd year pharmacy students.
  • Lecturing Quality Control and Quality Assurance course and demonstrating practical experiments for 5th year pharmacy students.
  • Supervision of different student activities.

Post-graduate Level:

  • Lecturing instrumental analytical chemistry (practical course); spectrophotometry, fluorimetry, potentiometry, conductometry, HPLC and TLC-densitometry.
  • Lecturing diploma of Drug Quality Control and Assurance (Practical course).
  • Lecturing toxicology and forensic medicine diploma (Practical course).
