Current Position

Assistant Lecturer & M.D applicant

in Anesthesia, S.I.C.U and Pain Management Department,

Cairo University Medical School. Where I'm working on my M.D thesis and attend in various

operative theaters in Cairo University Teaching hospitals 4 days per week (holding position

from Mars 2009 till now).

Clinical Experience

- During the Anesthesia Residency program in Cairo University Teaching hospitals:

-

3 Months rotations in each of the various operative theaters: Pediatric surgery (including

neonatal surgery), Neurosurgery, Cardio-thoracic surgery, General surgery, Orthopedic

surgery (including Pain Management), Ophthalmic surgery, ENT surgery, Radiology and

Plastic surgery, Uro-surgery, Gynecological & Obstetric surgery. Attendance throughout

the 27 months program was 6 days a week from 9 am to 7 pm.

Emergency and Trauma Anesthesia services (24 hours per week) also including

Neuro-Trauma and Ophthalmic Trauma Units, with an average flow of 50 patients per day.

(Kasr Alainy teaching hospital is the largest Trauma and Tertiary care center in Egypt)


Surgical ICU 20 bed 24 hours shifts (every

week) for 12 months
