Dr. Iman Ashmawy is an Associate Professor at the Department of Public Administration. In her opinion, the success of any country depends largely on the quality of services provided to its citizens. Yet, this cannot be realized without the existence of an efficient local government system as well as highly qualified and committed human resources.
This is why her main fields of interests are local government, human resources management, and organizational behavior.
Currently, she is giving courses on comparative local governments as well as management.
