• Mar. 2008 – Mar. 2009: House Officer (Rotation Internship) at the Cairo University Hospital, Cairo, Egypt.

• Mar. 2009 - July 2012: Resident in Clinical Oncology and Nuclear Medicine Department, Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University.
• November 2012 - January 2013: Detailed training course on the basics of infection control in health care facilities, held at Cairo University hospitals.
• July 2012 - Present time: Assistant lecturer of clinical oncology at Kasr Al ainy Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University.
• February 2014 - June 2014: Clinical attachment in Mannheim medical university in Germany, for training on IMRT, Arc therapy and Intra-operative radiotherapy.

Assistant lecturer of Clinical Oncology at Cairo University Hospital, Egypt.

Duties attached to this post includes:

1. Attending out patient clinics and new cases discussion and treatment decision.
2. Assist in chemotherapy protocols prescription for different tumor sites.
3. Assist in radiotherapy treatment planning.
4. Follow-up out-patient clinic: 2 days per week.
5. Scientific meeting and case presentation: weekly.
6. Preparation of cases for tumor board: weekly.
7. In addition to supervising the junior residents at the department regarding their work in the ward (inpatients, and outpatients unit), and in the radiotherapy unit.
8. Our Hospital is a teaching university hospital, with a capability of 1000 beds; our department has 120 beds for inpatients, one operation room, 3 isolation rooms for high dose chemotherapy and BMT.
9. Our RT department is equipped with 3 linear accelerator and one cobalt machine, three machines with MLC and two with IMRT capability as well as LDR brachytherapy system.
