2. JOB HISTORY

Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of patient registration and statistical analysis of key performance indicators for Cairo University Hospitals.

• Share in laying out the policy for patient registration and the workflow of the registration process.

• Manage a department of 120 employees including statisticians, data entry and archiving personnel.

• Responsible for producing periodical admission, discharge, morbidity and mortality reports for all hospital sections amounting to half a million admissions per year.

• Directly reporting to the General Director of Cairo University Hospitals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Workflow, IT process concerning documentation and HR activities.

• Share in laying out the policy for the work process.

• Layout and execute the management of patients undergoing assisted reproduction.
