Prof. Dr. Hossam M. Sherif, MD; Assistant Professor of Critical Care Medicine, Faculty of Medicine,Cairo University, Egypt.
As a university staff member, the experience in the field of Critical Care Medicine started in Cairo University Hospitals since 09.1991.
Medical Doctorate degree in Critical Care Medicine on 05.2003.
The graduation & experience don’t only cover all the clinical skills of Intensive Care Medicine, but also both the research field and the teaching aspect; the teaching experience include the undergraduate students & the postgraduate theses supervision in the medical faculty, as well as the nursing staff of ICU in the Faculty of Nursing.
Besides, the general specialty, the subspecialty is in the non invasive Cardiac Imaging in ICU; adult Echocardiography & Nuclear Cardiology.
For Nuclear Cardiology, scholarship for 2 and half years in the Department of Nuclear Cardiology (PET scan), the Technical University of Munich, Germany.
The American Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology 2011, with American international publications & contributions in international books.
