  • Professor of Pharmaceutics and Industrial Pharmacy: Established and teaches the detailed Industrial Pharmacy curricula for PHCT 502, PHCT 503, and PHCT 505.  The latter constitutes an almost unique course in the A.R. of Egypt, elaborating the elements of Quality, Quality Management, TQM, as well as Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).  This course is a continued-education syllabus demanded at workshops and seminars at the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Holding Company as well as for Graduates of Various Pharmacy Colleges inEgypt.
  • Prepared a detailed feasibility study for the University to acquire the Faculty Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Quality Control Unit, which was officially inaugurated in Fall 2004. This Manufacturing Unit is now extensively enriching the university pharmaceutical educational capabilities. Negotiations are currently carried out with the Pharmaceutical Company for Research and Development, the subsidiary of the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Holding Company, which seeks to benefit from our integrated Industrial Unit.
  • Established a constant educational plan for the different courses of Pharmaceutics and Industrial Pharmacy and sought the contribution of experienced and reputed professors and staff members to promote the educational capabilities of the department.
