3.    Ass. Lecturer of trop Med, Kasr El-Aini Hospital, Cairo University, Egypt 1988-1993.

5.    Assistant professor of Tropical Medicine, Cairo University. Egypt 1998-2003.

10.    Active member in Kasr El-Aini Specialized Hospital in its out patient clinics, ultrasounography. Endoscopy units and as consultant to the rest of departments for cases of Tropical Medicine and Hepatogastroenterology cases (1988 till present).
11.    Member and vice president of the Control Responsible for M.S.Cs and Diploma exams in (Kasr El-Aini Cairo University). Observation at the exam, making secrete Numbers, revising papers and calculations of results and presenting them of about 35 departments in the Kasr El-Aini Hospital.
12.    Responsible for MBBCH, MSCs, Diploma and MD exams of Tropical Medicine Department Since 1988 till present in addition to Revision lesions.
13.    Prior to exam in x-ray E.C.G, clinical O.S.C.A.E, commentary cases and pretest exams.
14.    Responsible for computer fylling system and statistical issues in tropical Medicine Department (2001-2003).
15.    One of interventional ultrasonography team of tropical medicine department, preparing training courses, workshops and conferences 1998 till present.
16.    Member of Gifferson's ultrasound affiliation U.S.A center in Egypt since 2000 till present.
17.     Supervision on MSC and M.D tropical medicine thesises of about 40 thesis 1993 till present.
