. Attending 2 clinics per week
. Working and assisting residents in the operating list twice a week
. Attending and participating in the weekly staff round
. Attending and participating in Grand rounds, Journal clubs, Seminars and live surgery days
. Responsible for the simulator phaco training of residents in unit 12
