soha elgohary

Soha ElGohary is an Assistant Lecturer at Cairo University’s Faculty of Engineering, Department of Architecture. She holds a Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering with a specialization in daylighting and thermal performative design for Net Zero Energy Buildings. With academic experience, she has taught a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in architectural design, environmental impact assessment, and digital energy simulation using tools such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Ladybug, and Honeybee.

Her research focuses on sustainable design strategies, performative form finding, and environmental performance assessment in both buildings and urban contexts. She has presented her work in peer-reviewed journals. In addition to her teaching and research, Soha has actively participated in workshops, academic collaborations, and community development initiatives.
