Prof. Gamal Sayed Abdelaziz - Professor of Business Administration (Marketing)

 

 

Dr. Gamal Sayed AbdelAziz  is  Professor of  Marketing at Faculty of Commerce - Cairo University – Egypt.  He is Dean of  School of Business Administration  - Memphis University – Egypt. Prof. AbdelAziz was awarded his Ph.D from the University of Nottingham (2001), which is listed among the top ten universities in the UK as well as among the top universities internationally.

 

  

Dr. Gamal Sayed AbdelAziz has many local and international publications in marketing as individual author, and as co-author. Since 2010  till now , supervising and refreeing several DBA,  Ph.D and MSc theses in the field of marketing and businesses at Egyptian universities. Dr. AbdelAziz is Academic referee for some local and international  refereed journals such as: International Journal of Hospitality & Tourism  Management, Consumer behavior in tourism and hospitality, International  Journal  of  Holistic Research, Journal of Modern Business and Technology, Modern University for Technology and Information, the Academic Journal of Contemporary Commercial Research (AJCCR)– Cairo university.   Since 2003 till now , teaching different subjects/courses of undergraduate stage and post graduate for MBA , DBA,  Ph.D and MSc students such as  marketing management - sales management– marketing research – buyer behavior - and  Strategic management at GSU (joint program between Cairo university and Georgia State University) , Ain Shams University , MIU (Misr International University), and AAST (Arab Academy for Science and Technology).

 

    Dr. AbdelAziz works as Academic Coordinator of English Section  Program  - Faculty of Commerce- Cairo University (2019 –2025) as well as Academic Coordinator GSU program (joint program between Cairo university and Georgia State University).  Dr. AbdelAziz served as the Official Advisor and Consultant of Research & Commercial Studies Centre - Cairo University. Additionally, Dr. AbdelAziz, as business administration consultant, participated in designing and conducting a number of consultancies and studies such as: the evaluation of marketing position of many Egyptian companies, Marketing and financial feasibility studies for customer service center  of Saudi Authority for quality standardization, and Participating in evaluating the business proposals of entrepreneurship fellowship in Entrepreneurship Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

 

   Dr. AbdelAziz has had many years’ experience in organizing and lecturing training courses for mangers of different levels in Egypt, Turkey, Lebanan  and Gulf area (Kuwait- Saudi Arabia – United Arab Emirates – Bahrain). The courses cover a variety of topics in marketing, service quality, managerial skills & functions, problem solving and decision-making, strategic management, leadership, communication & negotiation skills, time management, and managing projects in organizations, ...etc. Finally, Dr. AbdelAziz participated in several conferences such as:
