Bio

I am a Professor of Geology with over 25 years of academic and research experience in basement petrology and related mineralization, with a particular focus on gold mineralization in Egypt. I earned both my M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Mineralogy and Petrology from Cairo University. I have served as an Associate Professor and later as a Professor of Mineralogy and Petrology at Cairo University since 2025.
