Amira Hawas has joined Cairo University- Faculty of Commerce in 1997. She holds a First Class Honours degree Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration from Cairo University and a PhD in Finance from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, where she became a scholar and lecturer in finance. She was also awarded a PhD scholarship in Finance from the University of Bedfordshire - United Kingdom (2010-2014). She has obtained two masters degrees, an MSc (Research) and an MRes, with specialization in Management, both with distinctions.
