Inventory Management and Customer Satisfaction, Dublin (2009 - 2012)

The project aimed to support the inventory manager of Heiton Buckley, Ireland in selecting the best customer relationship policy that increases customers satisfaction. By using simulation approach, it was concluded that applying the customer segmentation policy based on customer profitability will positively impact the level of customer satisfaction – measured by orders delivery time and inventory holding cost.
