- The importance of diet as an essential part of controlling general health and diseases, especially chronic diseases such as hypertension, and the role of DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet in lowering blood pressure of the hypertensive population and those who in risk as well.
- General nutrition, and how to stick to a perfect diet to stay healthy, and in normal shape and weight, to prevent chronic diseases.
- The role of a healthy, balanced diet, and regular exercise in preventing type 2 diabetes mellitus, and improving glucose tolerance in the affected population.
- Effects of dietary modification on HOMA-IR and how exercise can control it as well.
- Different ways and fields to treating both types of diabetes mellitus and complications.
